In this webinar you will learn how to mix and work with multiple colors of Modeling Glass to make unique dimensional compositions inspired by the magic of a verdant blooming forest.

Lois will demonstrate how to use silicone molds to make a variety of highly detailed components that will then be fired onto a precut sheet glass mask blank. (This is not freeze and fuse.) After firing, your creation will be slumped over a mask draping form designed by Lois. The possibilities of Modeling Glass Are endless!

Lois Manno has been an artist for most of her life, working in pastels, acrylics, scratchboard, watercolors, etc. About 10 years ago, she had a life-changing experience when she tried working with glass for the first time. From there, Lois developed unique methods of working with glass powders and created Modeling Glass in order to make three-dimensional shapes without the need for making molds. She Is most well-known for her realistic larger-than-life glass feathers made entirely with powders and Modeling Glass. She has taught workshops in the US, Canada, and the UK for several years and is now excited to share her process of making glass masks using Modeling Glass In this live Interactive webinar.
